2. We have had to change the Speed Lacrosse time on Sundays to 12:30-1:30 to accommodate the Lakers Varsity lacrosse team who are practicing from 11-12:15. Come try speed lacrosse, it develops good stick skills, lacrosse IQ, as well as fitness and agility.
